My focus was to coach, manage, and develop a team of over 100 Amazon associates. Safety always came first. Even when managing Inbound, Outbound, and Dispatch facilities at a given time: compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action kept associates safe. I created recognition programs including support in all safety programs and OSHA compliance. I partnered with the upper management team to establish and maintain quality control standards that push targets to exceed customer promise expectations.

Throughout my time at J.B. Hunt, the quick learning, adaptation, and strategic thinking I displayed brought me from East coast to West coast. I saw eleven accounts in five months. The "National Annual Intern" title was not intentional, but after managing projects across the country, the shoe fit.
